These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Foxdenton website (the "Site") and your relationship with Foxdenton (company registration number 304654, VAT Number: 944 7370 02) whose registered office address is at 162 high st. Winslow, Bucks, MK18 3DQ (the "Company", "we" or "us").

Shipping & Delivery
Small orders will be sent by first class post, larger orders by courier or by direct delivery by us.

If you require your order urgently or on a specific day we will do out best to accommodate your request, but please understand that this may not be possible without recourse to a third-party courier, in which case additional charges may apply.

If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place (or alternative address close by) where the goods may be left. If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can accept responsibility.

Delivery times cannot be specified, although if asked and given a telephone number we will try to call before to arrange. We regret we do not deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays.

Please provide a daytime telephone number to allow us to check before delivering.

Where payment is made before 12.00 midday, we will endeavour to ensure that deliveries will take place within three working days, or ten working days after the payment date elsewhere in the UK (with the exception of the Highlands and Islands). Should we be unable to meet these delivery dates we will contact you.

We currently do not send alcohol overseas. For all orders of non alcoholic products please call our office on +44 (0)1280 824855 to discuss your requirements as shipping costs vary and need to be quoted separately.

Privacy & Security
When you register your details on this website or make a purchase, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to Foxdenton maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you.

This information may be used by Foxdenton to send you offers which we feel will be of particular interest to you. In addition Foxdenton may use information about you to make offers based on your wine preferences. Foxdenton will not pass on your personal information to any third parties.

All credit card transactions processed from this site use industry standard 128-bit encryption and we do not retain or store your credit card details.

Returns & Replacements
Orders delivered may be cancelled by you within seven days of receipt (by you or your designated delivery point), without your giving a reason. In this case the goods (in good condition and unopened) must either be returned to us or made available for collection.

If we collect a collection fee will be payable. If we are unable to accept return because the goods are not in good condition or have been opened, a re-delivery fee will also be payable. Upon receipt and acceptance by us we will refund all payments (less any collection or delivery charges) within 30 days.

Orders may be filled and placed by clicking the 'confirm order' button. In doing this you are making an offer to buy from us within our terms. We will respond with an email confirmation of the order once your payment has been received. This confirmation email will be sent by an automated server and may end up in your junk folder. If it does please make sure our domain is white-listed  so that you receive any other communications about your order as quickly as possible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment will be accepted by debit card (Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron), credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or charge card (American Express). All credit and charge card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In addition, as extra fraud protection, the Company may (but is not obliged to) make extra checks on the names and addresses given in the order process against commercially available records such as Electoral Roll data. We may need to contact you again to verify details before we deliver, and will not be held responsible for any delay so caused.
Prices are given per bottle , 70cl, or as otherwise listed. Our general lists display the standard bottle price followed by a discounted price for case quantities. Discounted prices apply to a minimum quantity of one case of  spirits (twelve bottles for fruit Gins six for Foxdenton 48% or equivalent), which may be mixed in any combination across our range, subject to collection or a single delivery address. Unless otherwise stated in respect of particular offers, prices include duty and VAT and are quoted in pound sterling.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of products offered and correct pricing, mistakes can occur. If a product is accidentally offered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse to supply at the incorrect price and will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the sale at the correct price. If we make a time-limited offer, any date given will be a guide only and we will not be obliged to fulfil orders up to that date. We reserve the right to change any price or offer without notice.

Viewing Orders
At the point at which your payment is received by us a legally binding contract will exist between you and the Company, but we reserve the right to refuse or amend any order up to the point of dispatch and you have the right of cancellation as set out below. If we have to amend your order we will always contact you before proceeding with the sale. In registering on the site or placing any order for alcohol you confirm that you are over 18. No contract shall exist between us and anyone under 18 who attempts to order or to take delivery of alcohol. If our drivers are in any doubt about this they are instructed not to leave the goods and the sale will be cancelled.

Updating Account Information
Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.

We will notify you as to any special terms before you confirm any order. Placing an order following such notification will constitute acceptance of any special terms we have notified to you.

Special Terms
Foxdenton does its utmost to ensure that all products offered on the website are currently available, but availability is limited, particularly in the case of seasonal items such as Plum gin, and all products are offered subject to availability.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any of these Terms and Conditions which is or may be void or unenforceable shall to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability be deemed severable and shall not affect any other Term or Condition.
